I have a case (well, I have found one...) where a
cgo_library
in one directory wants to call functions declared in the header of one from another package. This all seems to be reasonably legit except that adding the dependency doesn't give the C compilation access to the headers like I'd expect. This is the only thing that's required to plumb it through.
