Unit Test Failing since duckdb 0.8.0

We will fail the unit test since duckdb just release their new version, 0.8.0

We need to downgrade the duckdb version.

I found this issue while doing the #493

The unit test looks good after I downgrade to 0.7.1, we might need to open another PR to make it runs on 0.8.0

do we know what's the problem (do you have logs)? It might not be in our end, since we're only establishing a connection with duckdb and that's it, i wouldn't expect new duckdb version to break jupysql
