Capture Job Role on Signup

Use Case

We'd like to get some visibility into the roles of people signing up for plural, so just add a field on the user and go from there.

Ideas of Implementation

• migration to add role column (should be free-form text)
• add input on signup form
• ensure airbyte is syncing column
