Support Vite 7.1

Problem

This plugin causes a crash during build on Vite 7.1.0

ERROR error during build:
[vite:css-post] [lightningcss minify] Invalid empty selector
…

It’s not related to lightningcss— it also crashes when using esbuild (default) to minify CSS.

Expected behavior

Build proceeds as normal as it did on Vite v7.0.x.

PS. I am not able to attach a minimal reproduction from work. I can however attach my boilerplate which is currently on Vite 7.0.6. You will find if you update Vite to 7.1.0 that it crashes (and will work again only by disabling vite-css-modules).

Dev mode is also broken - I'm getting Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected identifier 'vite' in /@vite/client:

#40 phew, seems like the tests fail on 7.1.1, so at least we have something to work on...

I think vitejs/vite#20358 is the culprit here, which adds filters to the transform hook. Because this plugin overwrites the transform with the handler, this clobbers the filters.

The obvious fix for this to preserve the filters, unfortunately, works on 7 but breaks on 6...

Added an explicit version check. Not ideal, but it at least unblocks the plugin.
