WX_STABLE should no longer refer to wxWidgets 3.0. wxWidgets 3.2 is the current stable release.

In fact, PrusaSlicer 2.6.0 does not support 3.0 anymore: closes #11026

FYI: We will actually enforce version >=3.2 to make the list of possible combinations to encounter smaller. It is not our intention to spend time on bugs present with 3.1.x only, especially when the whole 3.1 series was considered as "development" by wxWidgets authors themselves.
