Description
Along the lines of #13918, more small steps to
tmk_core/commonbeing removed.Most of the changes are protocol specific logic thats now dumped in either
tmk_core/protocolorquantumin the short term (depending on where similar files currently existed). Longer term all the "protocol" code needs a tidy up as its rather fragmented, but at least its in one less location now.Types of Changes
