Hi, Jiangmei,
Sorry for replying late.
The cl_FullLineage column is not for panels in Fig1, but for clusters in Extended Data Fig.2. The cell type annotation in Fig.1e, on the other hand, is already shown at the column cl_LineComp.
The cell type annotation in Fig1b is not included, because that annotation is based on the constructed pseudo-cells by averaging similar cells from the same samples together, while the metadata table you mentioned is for single cells. The metadata of the pseudo-cells is currently not included in the submitted data. I will let you know after preparing and submitting the metadata table for pseudo-cells later.
