Improve webmention function to include authorship information

At the moment the webmention function does some very simple validations... It checks that both source and target pages exist and then creates a GH issue with some basic information.

The function can do more... It can check the source for authorship information using the authorship algorithm, which can be used to provide richer information in the issue body.
