And general colour conversion? Other functions currently used from grDevices:

hcl():
rgb(): Provide rgb() equivalent thomasp85/farver#7
convertColor(): convert_colour()
grey.colors(): compute sequence like grey.colours(), then call rgb
col2rgb(): Provide col2rgb() equivalent thomasp85/farver#8
