Looks like #5730 is the better PR because it not only fixes the error but adds a bit more clean up as well. I'll close this one. |

This is related to #5844. It removes the command that runs
python setup.py cleanfrombuild.sh. From the fact thatsetup.pyno longer exists I deduce that we don't need this anymore.
