Dear Andre,

Thank you for this! I have tested the novel functionality, I think there might be something wrong with the implementation.
Overall there seems to be an exaggerated number of novel events, in my samples I found that ~80% of events were classified as novel.
For 'alt_3prime' events 100% of events were classified as novel which can't be.

Thanks!

@wuzhigui Can you please open a new issue? What you write seems unrelated to the previous problem.

Dear @pablommesas ,

Thanks a lot for reporting this. I have looked into the code and found a sorting issue when checking for annotated introns. I have pushed a fix to the dev branch and will soon re-release an updated version.

Please let me know, whether this works or you.

Best,

Andre

This should be fixed with the latest release. Please re-open if you still find this not to work.
