Bump tmp and @inquirer/editor in /tests (#62)

Removes [tmp](https://github.com/raszi/node-tmp). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [@inquirer/editor](https://github.com/SBoudrias/Inquirer.js). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `tmp`

Updates `@inquirer/editor` from 4.2.9 to 4.2.21
