…esses in logging commands + fix dissecting logging channel creation/close commands where `remoteData` would overwrite `localData` + fix dissecting neighbor added/removed commands.
…TION_RESOLVE` command has none, i.e. align with the Java side.
…ver, i.e. print local/remoteData in the standard `ip:port` format and remove prefix and interface info.
