[Feature] Handle .tspack for Goatplace and associated Discords

• Catch messages that have a .tspack file attached (seems to be part of /events/messageCreate.js)

• Relay attachment to private channel with known filename (troubleshooting.tspack)

• Return message in original channel with a link to https://soulja-boy-told.me/loggy?log=${privateChannelAttachmentID}

• Add f!faq loggy with directions for users to get their .tspack

*Steps to generate a `.tspack`:*
• Open XIVLauncher. *Hold shift while doing so to disable Autologin if needed*
• Click :gear: to access settings
• Click About
• Click the Dalamud logo. After a moment, File Explorer will open with your `.tspack` troubleshooting file selected.
