Hi,

This PR mainly focus on:

Add AWS kms key deletion policy warning
Manually clean up S3 bucket required
Misleading instruction on deploying lambda under app/
Bug fixes on Slack for 100 channel limitation, plus prevent bot goes into archived channel.
