I would like to relicence this nodit library in the next release to use the MIT license rather than the current AGPL licence so it better fits into the rust library ecosystem and can be used by more people.

I think I will need permission from all the contributors to do this. @gzsombor, @matt-duch, @mfigurski80, could you give your permission for this re-licensing? I would be much obliged, thanks, ripytide.

Sure, go ahead!
I haven't noticed that this library was originally AGPL, I assumed that it's more open license - as I just used for AoC, luckily, wasn't an issue

Since @mfigurski80's commits were only for benchmark tests which were removed quite a while ago I think I'm ok to proceed without their permission so I'm merging this ready for the 0.8.0 release.
