Colors are not showing right

I am using mac osx 10.15.7 with Terminal 2.10.
I am running nvim 9.5
I have lazy.nvim installed and got this package to install. Also, I do have tree sitter installed as well. The only issue is I am not able to get the color scheme to work correctly:

I could really use some help with this. Here is my config file shown in the picture for rose-pine. It's in my after directory.

This is because I am using Mac's terminal application. It does not support colors well at all, in particular true colors, and switching to iterm3 solved my issue.
