Feature request: boolean to turn off ui-view

In some cases, <ui-view></ui-view> doesn't come right after <uib-tabset></ui-tabset>, add the ability to turn that off

PS: if this repo's owner is still active, i can submit a merge request. Currently i'm maintaining my angularjs 1 app that was written 2 years ago and is heavily depends on this directive, my solution is to make a copy of this library and add the boolean myself
