virtio-vsock: Prepare v0.8.0 release

Update virtio-vsock from v0.7.0 to v0.8.0:
    - Update vm-memory from 0.15.0 to 0.16.0.
    - Update virtio-bindings from 0.2.3 to 0.2.4.
    - Update virtio-queue from 0.13.0 to 0.14.0.
