Description of the issue

City and Postal code is getting cleared while modifying and saving the country field and country area in warehouse modification module

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Launch Saleor Dashboard
2. Navigate to Configurations
3. Click on Warehouse
4. Click on any warehouse from the list - Warehouse modification page
5. Modify the country details
6. The existing postal code and City details are removed

What did you expect to happen?

While modifying the country details in a warehouse modification page and after saving operation, it will return an error for invalid postal code details and city details .
