Email body content is lost and/or missing #428

If you compose an email and write content in the body then switch switch to a different reply account all body content is lost
If you select an email template and switch reply account most or all body content is lost
If you click reply to an email no previous email thread of body content is included even without switching reply accounts

According to @pstevens71 in #277 (comment) he was able to confirm this does not occur after upgrading to 7.12.8 but does effect 7.14.2 and 8.

We use signatures on group and individual accounts but I'm unsure if this has any relationship.
