New DOI

[muffato]

The latest release has created a new "concept" DOI (that's the term used by Zenodo to refer to the DOI that automatically points to the latest release's DOI).

The old one https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.7155168 is still valid, though deprecated, and points to https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.14358108.
