As of today, http://www.scala-vienna.org/photos is empty. No photos are shown.

This is due to meetup.com (and its REST API) to be unavailable. See http://meetupblog.meetup.com/ for background.

Granted that given that our current web app is a front-end to the meetup API we need to implement better handling of this type of situations.

I've created #43 to handle this in a wider context (photos, events, ...)
