This package provides a wrapper for running the Semi-Automated Metabolic Map Illustrator (SAMMI) from MATLAB scripts and the MATLAB command line. The SAMMI tool can be found online at www.sammitool.com. The package works with the COBRA toolbox and requires an internet connection to render maps.
To use this package simply add this folder (SAMMIM) to the MATLAB path.
