For searching through matching names and help strings. Does not include the topic areas of Goal's help in matches that are printed.
Includes new pretty-printing definitions, providing an opportunity to remove my own versions of pp from other code bases.

This PR adds back the ability to give
helpa regular expression, in which case it tries to match both names and help strings with the given regular expression.
