Overview
Most of the duplicate helpers and logic was already consolidated in #8203, but we want more.
Consolidate
cowswapTokenToAssetIdandassetIdToCowswapTokenhelpers in swapper and consume across swapper/limit orders.Put them in
packages/swapper/src/cowswap-utils/References and additional details
