I've added a new line based on recommendations from Gregor Hohpe. He is a respectable thought leader and author of numerous books including Enterprise Integration Patterns
He suggests that diagrams should show direction of data flow and control flow for interactions (they can be opposite to each other) for better clarity. Here is the blog post that he explained it in detail.
I've added a new item so readers make sure that direction of interaction is clear in their diagrams.
