권한 기능도 추가가 필요.
관리자 (회장)인지, 유저 (스터디장/임원진) 인지 구분하는 로직이 필요.

Additional context

데이터베이스에서 Enum (Level: ADMIN / USER) 이나 Boolean (isAdmin) 으로 구분하면 좋을 것 같음.
