Fix: integrations UI fixes

Description

• Recommended list of integrations to setup is redirecting to the intermediate page of configuration UI, making user able to choose where to start the setup procedure. Also avoiding save of integration meta from links into cache of history slice.
• Tool Confirmation UI got adjusted due to deprecation of old integrations.yaml feature. Also some styling adjustments were made according to proposals

How to Test

• Step 1: Click on New Chat
• Step 2: Wait until links are loaded
• Step 3: Click on whatever link that says "configure"
• Step 4: Intermediate page with radio buttons should appear
