Adds updates to API according to proposal #205 and implements issue #3126

Summary

Adds updates to API of the following RPC:

  • GetVehicleData
  • SubscribeVehicleData
  • UnsubscribeVehicleData
  • OnVehicleData

merged in commit 5712082 (seems that GitHub doesn't recognize when a branch is merged if it is squashed manually)
