Alert, AlertManeuver, PerformAudioPassThru: SDL sends success = false in case of UNSUPPORTED_RESOURCE

Preconditions

1. SDL is built with Proprietary flag.
2. SDL and HMI are started. First ignition cycle.
3. Connect device
4. Register new application.

Steps to reproduce

1. App->SDL: Alert()
   SDL->HMI:UI.Alert()
   SDL->HMI:TTS.Speak()
2. HMI Responses:
   HMI->SDL: SUCCESS: UI.Alert()
   HMI->SDL: UNSUPPORTED_RESOURCE: TTS.Speak() + info: "Error message"
3. SDL->App: response

Actual result

{ success = false, resultCode = "WARNINGS", info = "Unsupported phoneme type sent in a prompt" }
"success" and "info" parameters are incorrect

Expected result

{ success = true, resultCode = "WARNINGS", info = "Error message"}

Notes::

• Issue is reproduced for PerformAudioPassThru RPC as well.
• Issue is reproduced for AlertManeuver RPC as well (but with another actual result).
