Hi,

Great to see the classic WGCNA implemented for single-cell/spatial datasets.

Was wondering if you had any plans to upload to conda for package installation. Would make it super easy to integrate into workflows such as Snakemake.

Hi,

We currently do not have plans to upload hdWGCNA to conda. We will likely submit hdWGCNA to CRAN later this year, and maybe we can think about conda after that.
