In fieldInputTemplate, only add those attributes to the element containing suplerFieldInputAttrs which are not yet defined

Currently there's a special case for value. This can be generalized so that only the attributes that are not already specified on the element are added.

Also, if not present, the type attribute should be set to the appropriate type.
