Remove PHP test deletion hack on ST3 branch #8

In #7, I've added a hack which deletes the PHP test altogether before running the other tests, because I wasn't able to figure out the failure, and we've been blocking moving over to the ST3 branch because of that.

We should fix this though instead of leaving the hack around. 😢
