Render more details about type aliases

I was browsing TS code and saw this popover

It would be nice if the popover included the definition of the type alias

One risk is that the hover becomes very large. I'm not so worried about it though, and if it's a problem we can maybe limit the size of the popovers somehow or restrict it to a few well-known patterns.
