Need a tree data wrangler to handle trees from open tree

Open Tree trees include ott ids in each tip. This causes things not to resolve and / or match other data. We could add a tree data wrangler to process trees as they come in from open tree and remove this extra information, or better, keep it in the metadata for each node but change the node label to just the species name.
