Incorrectly configure hec allowed indexes errors with generic 400 #19
Description
When a user incorrectly configures their splunk hec to not have the index specified in the allowed indexes for the hec token a generic error "Error: HEC responded with status 400" is thrown.
This is difficult for the user to figure out without turning on debugging.
We should perhaps return the reason for the 400.
