OMRChecker

Evaluate OMR sheets fast and accurately using a scanner 🖨 or your phone 🤳.

This project was born out of a student-led organization called Technothlon. It is a logic-based international school championship organized by students of IIT Guwahati.

The OMR checking process is quite tedious, which we aim to simplify dramatically. We had just a single office scanner, each and every OMR sheet was scanned in small batches. To eliminate this bottleneck, OMR Checker was started.

Why sponsor?

My main motivation for getting sponsorship is to increase reach and recognition for my projects.

• Currently, OMRChecker has organically grown to be on the first page in relevant google search keywords. Our discord community is of about 350 members. We recently crossed 600 stars on github as well. Your sponsorship can potentially double our reach!
• I have multiple creative ideas in mind which I develop in my free time. Sponsorships of any amount small or big can motivate me to finish and publish more awesome software enhancements
• I also occasionally conduct workshops in image processing and web development. I have open sourced my codes used. If you like the approaches used, the sponsorships will motivate me to publish more such content.

• OMR Checker follows an open core model. Anyone could work on making a product out of it and to monetise it, I would be even glad to assist in making the product.
