We're going towards HTTP/2 only, which is ALPN and requires cipher suites only found in Android 5+. That's where we'll focus our energy. Tested on Android 4.4 and Android 5.0 emulators. On Android 4.4 ALPN is avoided. On Android 5.0 it is used.
