Implement Transactions section UI and logic on V2.

Base branch: develop

Requirements

Build Transactions section UI
Implement logic to show transactions history with amount, date, sender/receiver (if available), status and error messages in the case of failed transactions
Implement pagination to load X transactions initially and load more when scrolling to the very bottom

Acceptance Criteria

Implement section UI and logic allowing user to navigate through the history of transactions
