Description

Context

Message reliability is considered a high risk/dependency for 1:1 chat and community features

Feature

Display the ticks to the user by default, without a user interaction.
Always shows the ticks for the last outgoing message, if no response has been received from the recipient.

Proposed technical design:

1. No tick: user initiated message sending
2. "sending..." or light grey font: no feedback just yet but user sent the message X ms ago (I am guessing the behaviour here)
3. One tick:

• light client : received ACK from service node
• relay: message presence confirmed on store node (feature introduced by @kaichaosun via feat_: hash based query for outgoing messages. status-go#5217 )

5. Two ticks (1:1 and private groups only now): Data sync (MVDS) confirmation received.
