Stella not working with Non-ASCII username after ver 6.4

I have a greek username and updated from 6.4 to 7.0 and stella is not opening. not saving settings either.
Tried different versions after ver 6.4. All has the same issue.

pc specs. win10 x64 latest build/ latest VC++ both x86 and x64 / i7-12700k/32GB DDR5/RX6650XT

@DimMan88 Why do you think your user name causes the problem? How do you start Stella?

BTW: Stella is saving its settings in an SQL-Database since 6.5.

I start Stella as Admin, also as normal start.

I tell that might be a non-ascii issue because the config file is in the path: AppData folder,, > roaming >stella.... which includes my usename.

Tried different versions after v6.4, some started but they couldnt save the settings. The latest version, doesn't start at all.

Can you provide the full Unicode username? I will then create a local account with that name and attempt to fix this issue.
