ESM: Presets loading async/ESM

What I did

Continue our journey towards a full support for ESM.

This makes the presets loading mechanism all async and prefer to load using import rather than require.

I swapped esbuild-register for a raw use of esbuild.

This is extremely experimental, and currently definitely NOT backwards compatible.
