This PR fixes an issue where using the not-prose class would cause all prose selectors to be included in the final CSS, since not-prose is present in all of those selectors.

Long-term it would be better to make Tailwind itself more intelligent so that it is smart enough to know that it shouldn't generate CSS when not all of the classes in the selector are matched in the content.
