Loading

Scale mjcf model to mocap
Optimize initial offsets (currently set to 0.0 0.0 0.0)
Remove hard coded values (as above)
Add body part optimization (possibly ok, but currently disabled)
Handle regularization (currently set to 0.0)
Expose body site/ kp site sphere size so it can be configured by visualization
Rotate mocap into model plane
