  • The "code" folder contains all code used to generate result data, plots and tables.
  • The "main_reg_result.m" and "main_cl_result.m" generate the result data.
  • The "get_reg_plot_table.m" and "get_cl_plot_table.m" generate plots and tables from the result data.
  • All files with pre-fix "screen_" are screening methods.
  • All files with pre-fix "learner_" are leaners.
  • The "cvindex" folder contains cross-validation ready sample index data for each dataset.
  • The "results" folder contains generated plots and tables.
