Adding a new method to Array.prototype causes jxcore to fail. #60

Adding a new method to the system Array type causes unpredictable errors in jxcore.
The error is not occuring immediately and the error message that may appear doesn't provide any indication that the problem is caused by adding a new method to the Array type.
Other system types may also be effected by the same issue.
