covid severity metadata

Hi! I am trying to reproduce your covid-19 analysis, and I am wondering if you could please provide the covid severity metadata for the patients from the Stephenson 2021 data? I downloaded the Stephenson data from CxG, but I'm not sure how to reliably reproduce the disease severity labels. If you could share eg. a table with one column being the sample_id (matching those in the .obs table available in the .h5ad at the CZI link) and one column being the disease severity, that would help a lot! Thanks!
