建议给过长的文章目录添加滚动条，这样可以让文章目录默认时全部展开，提升阅读体验。

Sorry.
Add a scrollbar when the article toc is too long. This way the toc can be extended all the time, it can improve the reading experience.

Related issue #1980 has been added as Overlength toc cannot show full content in wrap: false mode in NexT 7.0 Roadmap.
