Given that Ubuntu's current rustc version is 1.47 and Debian's next (planned to be released within the next two weeks) rustc version is probably 1.48, it would be preferable to discuss #3412 before increasing MSRV to 1.49. |

Honestly, we can just keep the MSRV as is until we actually need to bump it. |
